there is nothing like the 'graphing calculator' program on the power mac.
It is idiosyncratic and delightful - surprising in its power and in what it
does and doesn't do. It makes me wish I had a mac. Key Curriculum Press
publishes a book by Tim Ericson showing all the cool features. (I have no
connection with this company, but I saw Tim present the product at the NCTM
in '96.) Check out the Key Curric. Web page - search on the full name of
the company.
