The text by Larson, Hostetler, and Neptune and published by Houghton Mifflin
Company does an excellent job of integrating technology; and the problems are
non-routine well thought out problems. I taught from it, and found it to be
totally satisfactory.

David Arnold's Intermediate Algebra: A Discovery Approach does a wonderful
job incorporating technology, spiralling, and allowing students to discover
concepts. The word problems are pretty routine but I'd recommend taking a
look.
