[MATHEDCC] Interesting New Publication

A new publication from NCTM (Volume 1 Issue1) titled MATHEMATICS EDUCATION
DIALOGUES yesterday was delievered to my home. This is a new publication
that appears to promote communication on issues. The lead debate IS
MATHEMATICS NECESSARY versus MATHEMATICS EQUALS OPPORTUNITY offers great
food for thought similar to previous discussions on this listserver.
