1. Print the various "facts" on Post-It notes and stick them all over the
house--on the refrigerator, the bathroom mirror, the closet door. Read
them every time you get near. Take each down, with ceremony, once it is
truly mastered.

2. Carry flash cards on your person and go over them while waiting at the
bus stop, dentist's office, ticket line. Throw each away, with ceremony,
once it is mastered.

3. Cooperate with someone else who needs to learn them and have
reciprocal quiz sessions. Give each other presents when each is mastered.

4. Do lots and lots and lots of practice. Don't stop practicing even when
they are mastered.

5. Don't expect it to be easy. If it were, you'd know them already.
