RE: [MATHEDCC] Calculus Review Chapter

One variation I haven't seen in the replies so far: we take a week or so to
review, but also spend the time acclimating students to the technology used
in the course (in our case, Maple). It's a way to do two things at once to
some extent: students are reviewing mathematics that should be somewhat
familiar, while learning a technology that isn't. It's easier than starting
unfamiliar math (calculus) in an unfamiliar environment (computer classroom
with maple) at the same time.
