tests

I've been thinking about the attributes of a well-written technology-based
test. Someone, (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) suggested we should be
creating a bank of good calculator and computer dependent questions. I
agree. It occurred to me that many of the questions in this bank may share
attributes and if we can define the attributes it would be easier to
generate the questions. Does anyone know of any resources on this topic?
Or, has anyone been thinking about this?
