Don: for me personally, and for the workers producing the newsletter,
posting on a web site would be the best option. However, I'd worry about
all those folks without web or modem access. I suggest offering to mail it
to those without web access. Another option is to offer it on the web site
and set up a special listserv for those who only can get email.
