I suspect that what you're doing is making HTML tables out of Excel columns
and rows, right? If so, Word's Internet Assistant would do the work for
you directly. All you should have to do is copy and past the Excel cells
into a Word document, and save as HTML.
I think the Internet Assistant is a free add-in from Microsoft.
