Is this a good thing?
What problems might it cause?
How many teachers are trained in how teaching with graphing calculators is
different than teaching without them?
I'd be curious to hear reactions to this, both pro and con.
Disclaimer. I use GC's in pre-calc and calc. I have seen students come
into my classes with both good and bad high school experiences with taking
math classes with the GC.
