After row reducing, STOre your matrix as another matrix.
Suppose you have row reduced [A] as the TI-83 would call it. =20
1. With your reduced matrix showing on your screen press STO-> screen =
shows ANS->
2. press MATRIX =20
3. choose a matrix to store your reduced matrix in 2: [B] for instance. =
Screen shows ANS->[B]
4. press ENTER
Your row reduced matrix is now [B] under your MATRIX button.
Use [B] now when you want to use the row reduced matrix.

I have been trying to figure out row reduction on a TI-83. After studying =

manual I can not get the calculator to give me the reduced matrix back. =
When
ever I use [A] in the commands it of course uses the original matrix. How =
do
I get it to use the one I have reduced?
