She sounds rather ignorant of third world countries. As far as I know,
the leader in legislating the value of PI was a USA state (which shall
remain nameless out of courtesy).

Mexico is standardizing on the Linux platform.[1] Our curriculum software
is headed south of the border [2] (in the wake of Geometrica, which does
lots of business in that gore-zone).[3] When it comes to innovations in
education, look to places like Belize.

The USA curriculum is locked up and stagnating by comparison, where flat
earth geometry still prevails in K-12.[4]
