The issue of students with no desire to learn, do homework, etc. is not
just a student problem. The office staff here takes no initiative, will not
volunteer to do anything, must be asked to do normal tasks, and mostly does
inferior quality work. They are primarily interested in missing a day,
reading the paper during office hours, surfing the net during office hours,
and socializing with other staff members during work hours.

Life is tough.
