Hi. I'm far from home by the San Francisco airport at the ICTCM
conference. There have been several presentations on the subject which
Brian raises. One talk that I'd single out is by Darrell Abney of
Maysville CC (darrelh.abney@kctcs.net) who is conducting a survey on these
issues.
