The last time I taught statistics in spring '98, I used _Understandable =
Statistics_ by Charles Henry Brase and Corrinne Pellillo Brase, D.C. =
Heath and Company. This book has a lot of application problems to make =
sure the students have understanding not just ability to calculate. (This =
class is a 200 (sophomore) level class.)
