As I recall, that's the book we used my freshman year at
Princeton University. _Honors_ Calculus though, with
Dr. Thurston (topologist). Dunno if still used -- this
was 1976-77.

That was a pretty tough class. Thurston gave us test
grades like pi and e. I think my average was closer to
e than pi (not a curve -- most of us struggled, except
this genius with curly red hair...).
