I suggest that this is a fine time for everyone to learn how to use
"filters" in their e-mail program. You can automatically TRASH all these
repeats, and let the system administrators worry about the problem from here on out.

For example, with Eudora:
  Click Tools, Filters.
Specify Headers that contain "Help at AMATYC" to be Sent To the TRASH.
Close the Filters window, saving the changes.

Or, with Outlook:
Click Tools, Rules Wizard, and New.
Select "Check messages when they arrive" and Next.
Scroll down and select "with specific words in the subject or body",
then click "specific words" (in the lower box) and
type "Help at AMATYC", click ADD and OK, and Next.
Select "Delete it" and click Finish.

Of course, this is a little bit like sticking your head in the sand, but
IMHO better than getting hit by 34 identical messages, and all the
responses from folks who check their mail once a week! Hopefully, in a week
or so, you can remove this filter.
