Hello everyone!
I am looking for volunteers to pass out stickers for our members attending
the AMATYC Conference in Chicago. The stickers are similar to last year --
The number on the sticker will tell everyone how many AMATYC conferences
each participant has attended. If you are interested in sitting a table
near the registration area to pass out the stickers, could you please
contact me with the day and time that you are available. Last year, I sat
at the table and was able to greet many friends and make some new ones too.
This is an opportunity for you to meet and greet our AMATYC members.
The following days/times are available:
Wed., Nov. 8 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 9 from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 10 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.
If you are able to give an hour or two of your time, please reply to me with
the date(s) and time(s) you are available.
