[MATHEDCC] Math Lab for Algebra

Our department is beginning to investigate the idea of adding a math lab
in addition to the current 3 credit hour lecture period. We are focusing
on Beginning/Intermediate and College Algebra classes. We expect that
this will be a time for extended investigations and CBL/graphing
calculator activities.

We, as a department, like the idea but we are looking for suggestions of
how to structure this so that we can present it to the administration.
Does anyone use this approach?
