SAMAB Publications
SAMAB's continuous publications include a quarterly newsletter and bi-monthly electronic newsbriefs. In addition, the following SAMAB publications are available:
- "The Southern Appalachian Man and the Biosphere Program—A Model for Management Need-Based Research," was presented by Charles Van Sickle and Robb Turner at the Southern Forest Science Conference in Atlanta, Georgia held November 26-28, 2001. It gives an overview and history of SAMAB.
- "Promoting Environmental Health and Stewardship of Natural and Cultural Resources in the Southern Appalachian Mountains, USA" (a PDF file). A presentation by Robert S.
