A systematic x shift was observed. Given that most line work in the Climate Division coverage is based on County lines in the Eastern United States, the climate divisiosn were recontructed using the USGS data. This provided the correct assignment of climate division information with other SAA data. Where climate division lines didn't follow county lines, the line work was either taken from the climate division coverage or digitized on the monitor to the best estimated position with respect to the original climate division coverage.
