22 A James Williams (1951-2004) Birthday Celebration - The spirit of the pianist and much-missed Director of Jazz Studies at William Paterson University lives on in his compositions and the friends who play them. Mulgrew Miller plays on piano and Bill Easley on saxes, flute and clarinet.
