Greg Hill is program/operations director at WUOT. Greg has served as the station’s operations director since August 2007. His role has since expanded to include nonnews-related programming decisions.
Over his 12-year career in radio, Greg has served in a variety of roles. Prior to joining WUOT, he was program/operations director at WYSO-FM in Yellow Springs, Ohio. For five years he served as operations director at the Red River Radio Network in Shreveport, La., where he also was the local host for NPR’s All Things Considered. His first job in radio was as promotions director for Gulfstar Communications.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Originally from Alexandria, La., Greg lives in the Fountain City area of North Knoxville with his wife, Tricia, and their four children.
